I liked the fabric which acts as protecting layer for outdoor activities, compofortable, flexible best for adventure trips.

Great Pants!

So I used this for my trip to see the Northern lights. I did layer this onto fleece lined thermal leggings and synthetic pants. But I was very comfortable and warm throughout my trip in rain, snow and wind. I did not get wet or cold until the temperature dropped below zero with wind after midnight (though I think it would have been fine with another warm layer under for that temperature.) Mostly I faced temperatures between 0-8 with some fairly strong winds during the snow and rain.
But the highlight for me was the zippered pockets which was so useful I can't stress the importance of it. In the cold when it's cumbersome to take things in and out of bags being able to store somethings in pockets securely hepls. The zips also had tags which I could easily maneuver with gloves on.
